Unable to access the dashboard

If you're unable to access the dashboard, it is likely because a password change is forced on your account. This could be due to multiple reasons:

  • You have just reset your password
  • You haven't been logged in since last password force change
To be able to access the dashboard once again you must simply enter your current password in the "Current Password" field, and the new one you want in the "New Password" field. Once your password has been changed successfully you may access the dashboard once again.
